Well...

Up until the scores were announced, I had one of the best nights of my life at Cornhuskin' 2010. Our class won the spirit stick and penny barrels, and we were all having a blast. HOWEVER, scores were announced and we came in fourth overall... after the Freshmen. Now, being the incredibly competitive person I am, I was an extremely sore loser. Do I care? No. I would have taken it better if I truly believed we deserved last place; I thought we deserved third. Our skit was not fabulous; but, we had been screwed over on theme after theme and our original skit script had to be revised multiple times. BUT WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF was the fact that they placed higher than us on can art, without having the other classes numbers in them, as is required. Also, the fact that they had a man's help moving their tall-tale prop, which is strictly forbidden. But what makes this all okay is that next year, we're taking over, like DJ Khaled or Stewie from family guy.

That's right, I went there. Winning may be sweet, but it'll be even sweeter with some revenge and redemption sprinkled on top. AND we'll be fair, and do it right.

Okay, I've said my peace. Sorry for ranting and raving; I know it seems petty, but it really is a big deal here....
